Seminars

We strongly believe that our consultants' knowledge and (hard and soft) skills are a key factor in our competitiveness and in our ability to meet and exceed clients' expectations.

That's why our central HR team has put together an international seminar program of more than 50 seminars. These seminars, usually held abroad, bring together consultants from all over the world for two or three days. The trainers are either members of our consulting staff or highly qualified outside experts (such as professors from INSEAD).

The program is geared towards the consultant's needs at each level of seniority. Although some seminars are strongly recommended for all consultants of a given level, you will discuss with your Mentor which seminars are most beneficial to you according to your personal objectives and/or your recent project evaluations.

Below you can see some examples of seminars you will be able to attend:

• Business skills (e.g. Strategy, Operations strategy)
• Methodological skills (e.g. Workshop Moderation, HR & change management)
• Soft skills (e.g. Client communication, Self empowerment)
• Leadership skills (for project managers and up, Project management training, Leadership boot camp)
• IT skills (not mandatory, e.g. Excel, Access).
