On-the-job training

You will spend most of your time on client assignments, providing clients with creative solutions to their problems. Your daily job will constantly challenge you, bring out the best in you and promote both your personal and professional development.

Indeed you will not be working alone; on the contrary, you will be part of a project team with more experienced consultants that will share a lot of their knowledge with you. You will soon find that this is the place where you develop most of your soft and hard skills. A systematic two-way [evaluation] after each project will formalize your project manager's feedback and recommendations.

Of course some aspects of learning require a more dedicated off-the-job approach. That's where our seminar program kicks in.
