Evaluation
As already stated in actual project work is a key element of a consultant's development path. According to our experience, consultants quickly become skilled professionals through intensive feedback and coaching.
That's why your Project Manager will formally evaluate your performance at the end of each project. At the same time, you will give your Project Manager a bottom-up evaluation. These open face-to-face discussions are very valuable as both participants can give constructive feedback about any aspect of the recent collaboration in an atmosphere of trust and respect.
Of course, such feedback should not be limited to the very end of the project and you will most likely find that your project team members provide continuous feedback on your work throughout the project.
The formal evaluations will serve as input for your discussions with your Mentor about your development. Twice a year, during the MbO assessment, your performance will be evaluated. This is when your progress can be rewarded by the management thorough promotion, salary increases and/or bonuses.
