How to apply
Please apply through our online tool as this enables us to process your application much faster. We need you to submit your CV and cover letter. This means that you only need to fill in the following sections in the online tool: motivation, personal data, attachments (upload your CV and cover letter here); the other sections of the online tool are not mandatory). Hopefully this will make the process easier for yourself as well as for us
Initial selection
The selection procedure starts with a CV-based selection. At this stage, we consider whether your profile fits with what we are looking for. If so, we will invite you to the first of three rounds of interviews. Shortly after each round, we will let you know whether you have been chosen to proceed to the next round. During the application rounds, we want to get to know you better, and introduce you both formally and informally to Roland Berger and our Brussels colleagues
First round
The first round consists of two interviews with Consultants and/or Senior Consultants. The focus here is to understand your background and your motivation to join us. A small case interview with a common consulting issue may be used to test your analytical skills. In these interviews you will have the opportunity to ask questions about Roland Berger. Please allow foresee two to three hours for this round
Second round
This round consists of an interview with a Senior Consultant and a case presentation. For the case presentation, you will be asked to solve a written business case and to present it to two Senior Consultants or Project Managers. We expect you to solve this case creatively, demonstrating your skills in problem-solving and numerical analysis. For more information, see case interview and case presentation. Please allow about three hours for this round
Third and final round
The third round is the last selection round and consists of two to three interviews with Partners and Project Managers from our office
