Michel Vlasselaer, Director

Michel started his career in 1986 at Peat Marwick and rapidly joined the new consulting arm of KPMG where he became Partner in 1996. In 1999 he joined PwC Consulting as Partner of the Strategy & Change practice in Belgium. As of 2002, he held several management positions at IBM Global Business Services at Benelux and South West Europe level.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience and about 200 projects, Michel developed strong knowledge in Services companies, Engineered Products & High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Public Sector and Transportation.

Michel is a recognized expert in Business Transformation and Change Management, helping companies to define their future and the path to get there. Transformation projects like Post Merger Integration, Growth or Customer Centric are his passion.
He teaches Strategy in the Executive Master in Management of Solvay Brussels School. Michel has authored different books on Planning & Control, Business Transformation and recently on an original approach integrating Strategy, Leadership and Self Management.

Michel holds a Master of Sciences in Management from Solvay Brussels School and a PED from IMD Lausanne.
