Eric Baart, Director*

Eric is a member of the management team and is responsible for Luxembourg, with a focus on the Process Industry, Consumer Markets and Private Equity.

Since 1990, Eric has held various international management positions at Cargill Foods, PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services, and IBM Business Consulting Services.

Eric started his career at Cargill, the world's biggest food commodity processing and trading company. At Cargill, he evolved from trading positions to management functions, eventually supervising Business Units in several countries.

Eric has been working as a consultant since 1998. His expertise includes Strategy, Process, and Organization, with a strong emphasis on Change Management. His broad experience stems from accompanying clients through Corporate Transformations, focusing on opportunities in Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain Management and Finance.

Eric enjoys spending time with his family. He is the proud father of Valérie and Anne-Sophie. His favorite hobbies include jogging, skiing and traveling. He also appreciates Art and a good restaurant.

Eric holds a Master's degree in Economics (Ufsia - Antwerp), and has completed numerous Executive programs.
