Didier Tshidimba, Director*

Didier is a member of the management team of the Brussels office responsible for Utilities, Transportation and Public Services.

Didier started his career in the consumer goods industry, in the fields of supply chain management as well as sales & distribution. In 1998 he decided to give his professional life a new dimension by embracing a career in strategy consulting.

Didier advises his clients on all aspects of their managerial issues, from efficiency improvements to growth initiatives. He has led numerous performance optimization programs, ranging from cost reductions to creating synergies to optimizations of business processes. He has also managed projects to create and launch new products, set up new sales and distribution channels and devise new market entry strategies.

Didier is a dedicated father who holds strong family values. On weekends, he loves to play soccer or to try for a new personal record in long distance running.

Didier holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain.
